Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FindSMB collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to hide behind. If anything here is unclear, email hello@find-smb.com.

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, company). Data you create in the product (buy box, territories, targets, notes). Connected-mailbox data you authorize, limited to sending your outreach and reading the replies to it. Standard product and billing metadata.

Google user data and Limited Use

When you connect a Google account, FindSMB requests the gmail.send and gmail.readonly scopes so the product can send outreach from your mailbox on your explicit approval and detect replies to those messages so a sequence stops the moment an owner responds.

FindSMB's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide and improve the features you connected it for. We do not use it for advertising. No human reads your mail except where you ask us to, where required for security or to comply with law, or on data that is aggregated and anonymized. We do not sell it, and we do not transfer it except as needed to provide the service or as the policy allows.

We do not use your Google data to train or improve any general AI or machine-learning model. When the product drafts a reply for you, that reply content is sent to our AI provider only to generate that single draft for your account. It is not used to train or improve their models.

Who else touches your data

To run the service we use a few outside providers, each under contract and each limited to the job we hired them for. Cloud hosting runs the app. A managed database provider stores each customer's data in its own isolated database. An AI provider drafts the replies you ask us to draft. A payment provider handles billing only, and it never receives your Google data. Your outreach itself is sent through your own connected mailbox, not a third-party sender. None of these providers use your data for their own purposes, and your Google data is never used to create, train, or improve any provider's models beyond your own use of the feature you connected it for.

How we use it

To run the sourcing loop you set up: discovery, grading, outreach you approve, reply handling, and reporting. To operate billing and support. To keep the service secure and honest.

Your data is yours

Each customer's data lives in its own isolated database. You can export it or ask us to delete it, and disconnecting a mailbox revokes our access to it. Request either at hello@find-smb.com.
