Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of FindSMB. Plain version: use it in good faith, you are responsible for your own outreach, and either side can walk away.

You are the sender of record

Outreach goes out from your connected mailbox, under your identity. You are responsible for your claims and for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM and, where relevant, calling and messaging rules. FindSMB makes compliance the default with required postal address, automatic unsubscribe handling, quiet hours, and per-account suppression, but the responsibility sits with you.

Billing and the guarantee

The plan is $599 per month. If FindSMB is not for you, tell us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it. Metered add-ons are billed as used. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

No unlawful outreach, no harassment, no evading suppression or opt-outs, no reselling the underlying data. We can suspend accounts that do.

The basics

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior three months. Questions go to hello@find-smb.com.
